Hi, I’m Frieda Hoffman,
leadership and conflict coach, facilitator, author and entrepreneur. I bring an intuitive sense of people and relationships to my practice, merging 17 years of project management and leadership experience with my unique background in psychology and intercultural conflict management.
My ventures in real estate, restaurants, med tech and therapy have deepened my ability to support leaders, intrapreneurs and startup teams across life cycles, from seeds of conception to cultural reimaginings and conscious exiting. I work with individuals and teams on a range of issues, from authentic leadership and modeling best practices to difficult conversations and work-life balance.
In addition to my coaching work, I offer training and support for organizations seeking to improve workplace culture, conflict navigation and collaboration skills, and resilience within their teams and communities, including ombuds services.
Always a student, I’m excited to teach forward new tools and approaches as I continue to learn and grow.
As a feminist who cares deeply about justice and inclusion, I offer sliding-scale mentor coaching to low-income, minority-identifying women.
