I’m a leadership and conflict coach, writer, and entrepreneur. I bring an intuitive sense of people and relationships to my practice, merging 14 years of project management and leadership experience with my unique background in social work and psychology.


My ventures in real estate, restaurants, med tech and therapy have deepened my ability to support leaders, intrapreneurs and startup teams across life cycles, from seeds of conception to compost and conscious exiting. I work 1:1 and with teams on a range of issues, from authentic leadership and work-life balance to career change and business development.


In addition to my coaching work, I offer training and support for organizations seeking to improve workplace culture, conflict navigation and collaboration skills, and resilience within their teams.
